鹤壁煤业(集团)有限责任公司供电处,负责鹤壁矿区供电、通讯管理和矿区电网电力调度管理工作,年工业总产值约1.2亿元。 供电处现任领导班子1996年组建后,从建章立制,坚持制度管理、以“法”治企入手,不断强化企业管理,坚持“有制度按制度,没有制度建制度,制度不完善修改制度”的管理思想,开展了企业管理达标活动,并积极向“管理示范企业”迈进。
