随着我国医药卫生事业的发展,常规心电检查已日趋普及,符合功能性房室传导阻滞的例证不断的被发现。国外有人报告,由于迷走神经的反射性作用,P-R值明显延长到0.72秒,美军健康年青飞行员心电检查时每1000人发现P-R值延长者为16人。我院电诊室所见功能性第一度房室传导阻滞P-R值最长者为0.34秒。近来由于采用了遥控心电长期连续观测,从而有可能在健康人中普遍观查心律失常发生的频度,例如常规心电图检查时,室性早搏的发现
