家族企业处在一个变化迅速、竞争激烈的环境中,雇佣职业经理人来扮演公司经营者是家族企业经营管理的一个重要发展趋势。企业管理正从“利益相关者影响”迈向“利益相关者参与”。不同的群体有着相异的权力和利益要求,对企业可持续发展的作用各不相同。从利益相关者角度出发,家族企业的职业经理人需具职业道德、独立人格、协调能力、理财能力、风险承受能力以及创新精神与战略远见等六个方面的特质。
Family-owned companies are in a rapidly changing and highly competitive environment. Hiring professional managers to act as corporate managers is an important trend in the management of family-owned companies. Enterprise management is moving from “stakeholder influence” to “stakeholder participation ”. Different groups have different power and interest requirements, and they have different roles in the sustainable development of enterprises. From the perspective of stakeholders, the professional managers of family businesses need to possess six characteristics: professional ethics, independent personality, coordination ability, financial management ability, risk tolerance, and innovation spirit and strategic vision.
