周家伦先生长期从事高等学校的教育管理工作,具有较丰富的政治工作和教育行政管理工作的实践经验。其主要研究领域包括中国高等学校的办学思路、国际间的办学交流、人才培养、留学管理工作和高校管理等方面。9月下旬,应宁波市政府的邀请,周家伦先生专程来宁波参加“2007年中国宁波国际人才高层论坛”。趁此机会,记者就“人才”与“发展”这个话题采访了他。
Mr. Zhou has been engaged in the educational management of higher education for a long time and has rich practical experience in political work and educational administration. His main research areas include the idea of running a school in China's higher education institutions, international exchanges in running schools, personnel training, management of overseas students, and university administration. In late September, at the invitation of Ningbo Municipal Government, Mr. Zhou Jialun made a special trip to Ningbo to attend the 2007 China Ningbo International Talent Forum. Taking this opportunity, the reporter interviewed him on the topic of “talent” and “development.”
