为研究单孔腹腔镜结直肠切除术的可行性及其优势,Gash KJ、Goede AC、Chambers W等对20例连续随机选择的接受单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术患者的资料进行分析。结果:90%的患者使用常规设备顺利完成单孔腹腔镜结直肠切除术,10%的患者转为标准腹腔镜手术。手术时间45~240 min(中位值110 min);7例患者开始进普食的时间为6 h,11例为12~16 h(隔夜)。
To investigate the feasibility and advantages of single-hole laparoscopic colorectal resection, Gash KJ, Goede AC, and Chambers W et al. Analyzed data from 20 consecutive patients randomly selected for single-hole laparoscopic colorectal surgery. Results: One-hole laparoscopic colorectal surgery was successfully performed in 90% of patients using conventional equipment and 10% of patients were converted to standard laparoscopic surgery. The operative time ranged from 45 to 240 min (median 110 min). The time to start feeding was 7 h in 6 patients and 12 to 16 h in 11 patients (overnight).
