过去,患上心脏病、艾滋病或癌症便意味着宣判了死刑。随着医疗技术的发展,虽然目前上述疾病仍不可完全治愈,但对于大多数患者来说,已基本能够控制病情发展,患者的生存期及生存质量较过去也有明显改善。许多变化都归因于医疗设备领域前所未有的革新。但是,随着我们知道的越多,新的问题也接踵而来。本文结合现阶段对心脏病、糖尿病、艾滋病以及乳腺癌的最新认识,回顾了30年来其诊疗情况的巨大变化。
In the past, having a heart attack, AIDS or cancer meant a death sentence. With the development of medical technology, although the above diseases can not be completely cured at present, most patients have been able to basically control the progression of the disease. The survival and quality of life of patients are also significantly improved compared with the past. Many changes are due to unprecedented innovation in the field of medical devices. However, as we know more, new problems come one after another. Combined with the current state of the art of heart disease, diabetes, AIDS and breast cancer, I reviewed the dramatic changes in her diagnosis and treatment over the past 30 years.
