用间日疟病人血,离体感染中华按蚊,分离子孢子,用10～12万条子孢子/次的量,免疫BALB/c小鼠,抗体效价均达到1:640,取其脾细胞作融合试验,已培养出抗体滴度高、特异性强的抗间日疟原虫子孢子单克隆抗体(McAb)。
