随着经济全球化和我国社会主义市场经济的完善与发展,当下市场竞争日趋激烈,企业要想获得可持续发展,必须强化内部控制,优化内部管理,提升企业的竞争力。新形势下,企业一定要高度重视自身的人力资源管理,提升企业人力资源管理的效能,促进企业的健康发展。目前,在我国很多的企业管理中,对人力资源管理不够重视,管理制度也不健全,使得人力资源管理呈现出若干的问题,针对问题的出现,企业人力资源管理部门必须对症下药,采取相关的措施优化自身的人力资源管理,提升企业的人力资源优质和竞争力。
