近几年来,笔者用通里泻热法治疗新生儿由于吸入胎水秽物引起的频繁呕吐,疗效满意,兹举例如下。 例一:周某,女,出生4天。住院号90805,1990年4月13日就诊。婴儿足月顺产,体重2750g。出生后12—48小时喂水、乳均见呕吐伴目瞪弄舌,口唇周围发绀,于第三天哺乳量减少,哺乳即吐,精神不振,睡眠不实,时哭闹,皮肤弹性差,大便绿色,量少,舌质红,白厚苔,擦之不退,指纹紫滞。辨证属胎水秽物与乳汁互结于胃肠致胃失和降,胃气上逆。治宜通里泻热,降逆和胃。方用一捻金0.2g,乳汁调服,同时用10％葡萄糖液30ml加青霉素纳40万~u、维生素K_15mg每分钟6滴静脉滴注,连用二天呕吐止,睡眠安,大便黄色,哺乳正常,第五天痊愈出院,3月后随访,发育正常。
