本文应用随机过程的一些基本定理给出了四端网络噪声模型(包括相关系数)的完整计算方法。计算了晶体管、场效应管的等值噪声源。应用本文的方法分析了宽频带前置放大器的噪声性能及其低噪声电子设计要求。
In this paper, some basic theorems of stochastic process are applied to give a complete calculation method of four-terminal network noise model (including correlation coefficient). Calculated transistors, FET equivalent noise source. The noise performance of wide band preamplifier and its low noise electronic design requirements are analyzed by using the method in this paper.
