作者以前的研究发现早在强变应原鼻激发后2小时鼻对乙酰甲胆碱的分泌反应增加,并同时有嗜酸性细胞向鼻粘膜的渗出。但是改用弱的反应原刺激后是否也有这些现象出现,是否出现得更早,以及鼻分泌反应的增强与嗜酸性细胞的渗出和激活是否有相关性,本研究中作进一步弄清。以桦树或牛草花粉为变应原作鼻激发试验,并利用鼻腔灌洗和刷取方法从鼻腔收集细胞及分泌物的上清分别计数嗜酸性细胞、测定嗜酸性阳离子蛋白(ECP)含量以及乙酰甲胆碱作用后的鼻分泌量。共研究了16例(男12,女4,年龄23~33,平均25.7岁)有变态反应性鼻炎病史、并且对桦树或牛草花粉
