本文研究了靛玉红对动物可移植性肿瘤细胞和正常增殖细胞核酸和蛋白质合成代谢的影响。靛玉红低于3×10~(-5)M浓度即可抑制瓦克氏癌、艾氏腹水癌、肝癌(腹水型)和大鼠再生肝细胞~(3)H-胸腺嘧啶核苷的掺入,其中三种癌细胞的平均掺入抑制率均约20%,再生肝细胞为9.2%。但在相同条件下,~(3)H-尿嘧啶核苷和~(3)H-亮氨酸的掺入没有受到明显的抑制。这说明,靛玉红对上述细胞脱氧核糖核酸合成有抑制作用。而在同样的条件下。靛玉红对小鼠淋巴细胞白血病细胞(L_(1210))的核酸和蛋白质合成皆无影响。
This article studies the effects of indirubin on the synthesis and metabolism of nucleic acid and protein in animal transplantable tumor cells and normal proliferating cells. Indirubin can inhibit Wacker’s, Ehrlich’s ascites, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and rat regenerated hepatocytes ~ (3) H-Thymidine at concentrations below 3 × 10 -5 M The average incorporation inhibition rate of three kinds of cancer cells were about 20%, and the regeneration hepatocytes was 9.2%. However, under the same conditions, the incorporation of ~ (3) H-uridine and ~ (3) H-leucine was not significantly inhibited. This shows that indirubin on the cell DNA synthesis inhibition. Under the same conditions. Indirubin has no effect on the nucleic acid and protein synthesis of murine lymphocytic leukemia cells (L 1210).
