经过初步调查与分析，我省农村中医药人员总数为３２８７０人，其中男２３７０９人，占７２．１３％，女９１６１人，占２７．８７％，男女之比约为２．６∶１。中医人员１３５２９人（其中内科１０８５７人，其他各科合计为２６７２人），中药人员１１９１０人，全科人员５９９３人。大专以上学历者占１５．１６％，中专学历占３４．５０％，其他学历占５０．３３％。高级职称占２．１０％，中级职称占１４．５４％，初级职称占５７．８２％，无职称者占２５．５４％，表明我省农村中医药人员素质状况令人担忧。
After preliminary investigation and analysis, the total number of rural TCM personnel in the province was 32,870, of which 23,709 were males, accounting for 72.13%, and 9,161 were females, accounting for 27.87%. The ratio between males and females was approximately 2.6:1. There are 13,529 Chinese medical personnel (including 10,857 people in internal medicine, and 2,672 in other departments), 11,910 Chinese medicine personnel, and 5,993 general practitioners. College graduates or above accounted for 15.16%, secondary education accounted for 34.50%, and other education accounted for 50.33%. 2.10% of senior professional titles, 14.54% of intermediate professional titles, 57.82% of junior titles, and 25.54% of those without professional titles indicate that the quality of rural Chinese medicine personnel in our province is worrying.
