晚清广州地区酒楼消费开始兴起。酒楼作为一种公共消费场所,它在促进消费文化的发展、传播等方面,起着重要的作用,也从一个侧面反映了社会制度的特点。正是在这些层面上,本文进行了初步的探讨。
Late Qing restaurant consumption began to rise in Guangzhou. As a public place of consumption, the restaurant plays an important role in promoting the development and dissemination of consumer culture.
