为研究油气润滑参数对机械主轴温度特性的影响,建立了油气润滑机械主轴温度特性试验台,提出了一种机械主轴温度特性评价方法,研究了油气润滑供油量、供气压力等参数对机械主轴温度特性的影响。试验结果表明,供油量对机械主轴温度特性影响最为显著,供气压力的影响其次,两者交互因素的影响较小。在给定试验条件下,最佳供油量为0.1 ml/h,供油量的增大或减小都引起主轴温升水平的上升;供气压力越大,主轴温升水平越低。
