简要回顾了江苏省两系法杂交水稻研究和生产的发展历程,分析了当前育种研究和生产实践中存在的问题,并提出了需解决的关键问题及其对策。建议开展江淮平原稻区自然条件下不育系育种体系的创新和加强苏中地区两系法杂交稻安全制种技术体系的研究;在两系恢复系和杂交组合选育上,应常规育种结合生物技术,加强恢复系筛选,着力塑造理想株型,注重生理指标选择。
Briefly reviewed the development history of the two-line hybrid rice research and production in Jiangsu Province, analyzed the current problems in breeding research and production practice, and put forward the key problems to be solved and the countermeasures. It is suggested that the innovation of CMS system should be carried out under the natural conditions in Jianghuai Plain and to strengthen the technology system of hybrid seed production for two-line hybridization in the middle and northern part of Jiangsu Province. Breeding of two-line restorer lines and hybrid combinations should be carried out by conventional breeding Biotechnology, to strengthen the Department of recovery screening, strive to create the ideal plant type, pay attention to the selection of physiological indicators.
