针对传统铆接拉杆设计、装配复杂繁琐的缺点,提出了一种铝合金收口拉杆的设计方法。文中主要从管体的材料种类、收口段的尺寸设计、表面防护处理及试验等方面进行了详细阐述。最终表明,收口拉杆的设计刚度强度好、重量轻、装配方便,同时该方法已经应用到某型飞机的操纵系统设计中,因此收口拉杆的设计方法不仅具有研究意义,更具有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the disadvantage of traditional riveting rod design and complicated assembly, a design method of aluminum alloy rod is proposed. In this paper, the main body of the tube from the type of material, the size of the closing section of the design, surface protection and testing and other aspects described in detail. Finally, it shows that the design strength of the tie rod is good, the weight is light and the assembly is convenient. At the same time, the method has been applied to the design of the control system of a certain type of airplane. Therefore, the design method of the tie rod is not only of research significance but also of certain practical value.
