第一章总则第一条为规范和加强对汽车零部件的进口管理,促进汽车产业健康发展,依据有关法律法规规定,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于对经国家有关部门核准或备案的汽车生产企业,生产组装汽车所需的构成整车特征的汽车零部件进口的监督管理。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to regulate and strengthen the import management of auto parts and promote the healthy development of the automobile industry, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. Article 2 The present Measures shall apply to the supervision and administration of the import of automobile spare parts required for the manufacture and assembly of automobiles that constitute the characteristics of a complete vehicle for the automobile manufacturing enterprises approved or put on record by the relevant state departments.
