This paper introduces Lanzhou Heavy Ion Accelerator new large diameter liquid nitrogen cryogenic pump - HIRFL800. It consists of a modified small single-stage mechanical chiller and a standard secondary chiller. Pumps for nitrogen and hydrogen pumping speed were 24000 and 26000 L / s. Since 1989, with eight HIRFL cryogenic pumps, a vacuum of 5 x 10 ~ (-6) Pa was obtained on a 100 m ~ 3 large vacuum chamber.
