本文应用电生理方法,观察了预交感神经对其相应节段脊神经背根自发放电的影响。当给颈交感神经干15~20Hz的电刺激后,颈胸段的脊神经背根平均自发放电明显增加,此种作用可持续5~6分钟。经颈静脉直接注射去甲肾上腺素(NE)则未观察到背根自发放电的改变。本实验进一步证实颈交感神经干对初级感觉信息的传递有调制作用。
In this paper, the electrophysiological method was used to observe the effect of pre-sympathetic nerve on spontaneous discharge of the dorsal root of spinal cord in the corresponding segment. When the cervical sympathetic nerve stimulation of 15 ~ 20Hz electrical stimulation, cervical thoracic spinal dorsal root mean spontaneous discharge increased significantly, this effect can last 5-6 minutes. There was no change in spontaneous dorsal root discharge observed after direct injection of norepinephrine (NE) through the jugular vein. This experiment further confirmed that the cervical sympathetic nerve trunk modulates the transmission of primary sensory information.
