本文采用世代平均数分析的多元回归法对中国高粱地方品种的株高进行了研究,并对杂种F_1代株高的表现作了分析。结果表明,杂种F_1代株高平均倾向高秆亲本,但优势不明显;中国高粱株高加性效应占绝对优势,平均达到总遗传平方和的82%以上,显性效应和上位性效应在某些组合显著存在,上位性效应比显性效应显得更加重要;不同组合加性、显性效应值不同,甚至有正负区别。因此,在选配中矮秆杂交种时,要选配好组合及其亲本。
In this paper, the multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the plant height of local varieties of sorghum in China. The plant height of F1 hybrids was analyzed. The results showed that the average height of F1 hybrid plants tended to be high, but their advantages were not obvious.
