无支撑TiO2纳米管阵列膜是近年来出现的一种新型多功能膜。由于其特有的功能和结构特征,该膜已被有效地应用在以下领域:过滤应用,作为催化剂净化空气和水;作为光阳极分解水制氢和氧;作为模板合成其他物质的纳米管或线。本文系统的综述了无支撑TiO2纳米管阵列膜的阳极氧化制备。还分析了无支撑TiO2纳米管阵列膜的关键功能,并指出了该膜的潜在应用发展领域。针对无支撑TiO2纳米管阵列膜目前存在的问题对其今后的发展方向提出展望。
The unsupported TiO2 nanotube array film is a new type of multifunctional film that appears in recent years. Due to its unique functional and structural characteristics, the membrane has been effectively used in the following fields: filtration applications, purification of air and water as catalysts; decomposition of water as a photoanode to produce hydrogen and oxygen; synthesis of nanotubes or wires as templates for other substances . This article systematically reviews the anodic oxidation of unsupported TiO2 nanotube arrays. The key functions of unsupported TiO2 nanotube arrays were also analyzed, and the potential application of the membrane was also pointed out. In view of the existing problems of unsupported TiO2 nanotube array film, the future development of TiO2 nanotube array film is put forward.
