针对高校学报中普遍存在的问题，从加强选题组稿、搞好栏目设置及缩短论文发表时滞三个方面，对提高学报的质量提出了建议与看法．
In view of the common problems in college journals, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on how to improve the quality of journals from three aspects: strengthening the group draft, improving the column setting and shortening the publication time.
