盐酸戊乙奎醚是选择性抗胆碱药,可能对痛经有治疗作用,其在痛经中的作用机制可能与胆碱受体和Toll样受体相关。本文旨在对痛经的发病机制和盐酸戊乙奎醚在抗痛经机制的现状作一综述。
Penehyclidine hydrochloride is a selective anticholinergic drug that may have a therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea. Its mechanism of dysmenorrhea may be related to cholinergic receptors and Toll-like receptors. The purpose of this article is to review the pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea and the current status of penehyclidine hydrochloride in anti-dysmenorrhoea.
