中小学教师职业道德规范第四条规定,“要面向全体学生,热爱、尊重、了解和严格要求学生,循循善诱,诲人不倦,保护学生身心健康。”我认为做好这一条,是忠于人民教育事业的重要表现。而要做好这一条,就必须具有“爱满天下”的师德修养。因为爱是教育的基础和前提,没有爱,就没有教育。我们的学生,都是十几岁的未成熟的幼稚青少年,党和人民把他们交给我们,我们理所当然是他们的保护人、引路人和启蒙者。 热爱、尊重、了解学生又是教书育人的一个前提条件。一个人可以燃烧,也可以腐朽,教师的责任,就是使学生燃烧起来,不能让他们腐朽下去。高尚纯洁的爱,是教师和学生之间心灵的通道,是开启学生心扉的钥匙,是用以点燃学生智慧的火焰。它直接影响着学生思想品德的形成、知识的积累和身心的健康。
