孔繁任,职业企划人,杭州大学兼职副教授,主讲《企划通论》、《人际传播学》、《公共关系通论》等课程。杭州创造学研究会负责人。现任国内十余家大型企业企划顾问,主持过中国飞跃缝纫机集团公司、华立集团、海南欣龙无纺实业有限公司等十余家国内行业龙头企业及其它百余家企业的大型企划工作,内容涉及导入CIS、名牌战略、企业发展规划、营销策略、公关广告运动等。为华立集团企划的“太一工程”获中国国际公关协会颁发的第二届中国最佳公共关系案例大赛金奖。与张春江等企划创建被媒介誉为“戴尔·卡耐基教程中国用版”的C·H·S教程(C、S、H组合的涵义为:通过创造与沟通,去获得成功而幸福的人生),在全国高校、机关、企业、团体讲学200余场,广受好评。曾任一家中外合资企业的总经理,《浙江日报》新意达广告公司等二家公关、广告类企业总经理兼企划总监,企划操作了被誉为中国公共关系里程碑的大型活动——中国十年杰出企业公共关系评优活动。著有《一个企划人的独白》等专著,执导我国第一部大型公关系列专题片《走进世界村》、《公关在中国》。
