斑蝥素(C_(10)H_(12)O_4)晶体属正交晶系,空间群为C_(2u)~9-P2_1nb,晶胞参数a=12.510,b=11.087,c=6.740(?0,z=4.烯丙基斑蝥胺(C_(13)H_(17)NO_3)晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C_(2h)~5-P2_1/c,晶胞参数a=6.995,b=24.779,C=7.359,β=111.39°,Z=4.用直接法测定了晶体结构和分子结构,并就药物结构转变继续探计结构与活性的关系.
The crystal of cantharidin (C_ (10) H_ (12) O_4) belongs to the orthorhombic system with space group C_ (2u) ~ 9-P2_1nb. The unit cell parameters are a = 12.510, b = 11.087, 0, z = 4. The crystal of allyl plastamide (C_ (13) H_ (17) NO_3) belongs to the monoclinic system with the space group C 2h ~ 5-P2_1 / c and the unit cell parameter a = 6.995 , b = 24.779, C = 7.359, β = 111.39 °, Z = 4. The crystal structure and molecular structure were determined by direct method, and the relationship between structure and activity was further investigated in terms of drug structure transformation.
