可可豆油的代用品——桕油的理化常数及对粘膜刺激作用的研究

本文报告了浙江、湖南、江西三省的四个县的市售柏油的理化常数,并与溶媒浸出法提炼者进行了比较。用家兔点眼法、家兔耳壳皮内注射法及大白鼠直肠注入法初步地比较了柏油与可可豆油对粘膜的刺激作用。 1.实验结果证明,柏油因产地不同,其理化常数不定,特别是熔点差异颇大。但市售的与用浸出法提炼的柏油的熔点相一致。根据本实验结果看来,只有浙江嘉兴和江西上饶两地产柏油能基本上符合于栓剂熔点的要求。 2.可可豆油对家兔眼睑粘膜,大白鼠肠粘膜均无刺激作用,注入家兔耳壳内吸收良好,不留斑痕;浸出法提炼柏油(嘉兴产)对家兔眼睑粘膜、大白鼠肠粘膜的刺激性与可可豆油无异,但注入家兔耳壳内的吸收较差,留有斑痕,此点尚需进一步研究;市售柏油(嘉兴及上饶)对粘膜均有刺激作用,尤其是上饶所产柏油对粘膜的刺激性更大,精制后是否能消除尚待研究。 This article reports the physico-chemical constants of commercially available asphalt in four counties of Zhejiang, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces and compares it with those extracted by solvent extraction. The irritation of mucosa with asphalt and cacao oil was compared with the method of rabbit eye point, intradermal injection of rabbit ear shell and rectal injection in rats. 1. Experimental results show that asphalt due to different producing areas, its physicochemical constant indefinite, especially the melting point quite different. However, the melting point of commercially available asphalt extracted by leaching method is consistent. According to the results of this experiment, it appears that only the asphalt from Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province and Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province can basically meet the requirement of suppository melting point. 2. Cocoa butter oil on rabbit eyelid mucosa, rat intestinal mucosa were not stimulated, injected into the rabbit auricle well absorbed, leaving no scar; leaching method asphaltene (Jiaxing production) on rabbit eyelid mucosa, rat intestinal mucosa Irritation and cocoa butter is no different, but poor absorption into the rabbit auricle, leaving a scar, this point needs further study; commercial asphalt (Jiaxing and Shangrao) have a stimulating effect on the mucosa, especially in Shangrao Produced by the asphalt irritation of the mucous membrane is more refined whether to eliminate the need to study.
