随着我国工业化进程、城市化快速发展,我国进入了人口流动迁移最为活跃的时期。新生代农民工逐渐成为流动人口主力群体,他们的在城市生活中的社会适应程度不仅关系到自身的生存质量和发展,还牵涉到整个社会和谐与稳定程度。本文探讨的是新生代农民工在社会适应过程中的现状和特点,针对经济生活适应、人际交往适应和心理适应三个方面进行分析,并对解决所面临的困境提出几点建议。
With the process of industrialization and rapid urbanization in our country, our country has entered the most active period of population migration and relocation. The new generation of migrant workers gradually become the main group of floating population. Their social adaptation in urban life is not only related to their own quality of life and development, but also to the degree of social harmony and stability. This article explores the status quo and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of social adaptation, analyzes the three aspects of economic life adaptation, interpersonal adaptation and psychological adaptation, and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the difficulties they face.
