近日,为规范重要农资商品交易秩序,北京市工商局和北京市农业局联合制订了《北京市农药买卖合同》和《北京市肥料买卖合同》示范文本,并于近期开始在京郊农村广泛推行。农药、肥料买卖合同示范文本,既适用于生产商与销售商之间的交易,也适用于销售商与农村种植户之间的大额交易。为了方便当事人使用,降低交易成本和减轻农民负担,示范文本通过各区县工商分局就近发放,还可在首都工商网站或市农业局网站上免费下载。
