目的探讨低剂量氟尿嘧啶持续静脉滴注治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效和安全性。方法经病理证实的晚期结直肠癌患者24例,用5-氟尿嘧啶300 mg/d,系用便携式静脉泵持续静脉点滴连用4周休息2周为1个周期。观察化疗不良反应,2个周期后评价疗效,随访观察近期疗效及临床近期受益反应。结果完全缓解0例,部分缓解11例,稳定9例,进展4例,总有效率为45.8%,疾病控制率为54.2%,中位进展时间5.4个月,临床近期受益反应率为75.0%。结论低剂量氟尿嘧啶持续静滴治疗晚期耐药结直肠癌患者,疗效好,不良反应低。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of continuous infusion of low-dose fluorouracil for advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Twenty-four patients with advanced colorectal cancer confirmed by pathology were treated with 5-Fluorouracil 300 mg / d, with continuous intravenous infusion with a portable intravenous pump, followed by 4 weeks of rest and 2 weeks of 1 cycle. Adverse reactions of chemotherapy were observed. After 2 cycles, the curative effect was evaluated. The short-term curative effect and the recent clinical benefit response were observed. The results of complete remission in 0 cases, partial remission in 11 cases, stable in 9 cases, 4 cases of progression, the total effective rate was 45.8%, the disease control rate was 54.2%, the median progression time of 5.4 months, the clinical benefit response rate was 75.0%. Conclusion Continuous low-dose fluorouracil treatment of advanced drug-resistant patients with colorectal cancer, good effect, low adverse reactions.
