技术创新是经济发展的动力和支持。我国正处于深化改革和工业化建设时期,科技创新对我们尤为重要。而跨国公司的技术创新全球化趋势及创新方式对我们有着很大的示范效应和利用效应。我国应该抓住跨国公司技术创新全球化的契机,积极吸纳他们的“技术溢出”;同时学习他们的创新经验,开展技术寻求性跨国投资,以学习的方式尽快获取世界先进技术,发挥我们的“后发优势”。
Technological innovation is the driving force and support for economic development. Our country is in a period of deepening reform and industrialization and scientific and technological innovation is of particular importance to us. However, the trend of global innovation and technological innovation of multinational corporations have exerted a great effect on demonstration and utilization. China should seize the opportunity of transnational corporations to innovate their technology and actively absorb their “technology spillover”. At the same time, they should learn from their innovative experiences and seek transnational investment in technology. They should acquire the world’s advanced technologies as soon as possible by means of learning and play our “After the hair advantage ”.
