财会人员的使命是如何更好地“理财”,但这项工作如何落到实处始终是个难题。本文为我们引出了较新的视角。我们财会人员是把眼光放到日常的写写算算上,做一个“记录”经济业务的工具,还是放宽眼界,精心筹划,事前预测,当好“参谋”和“智囊”,淋漓尽致地发挥一个现代管理者的技能,文中给我们不少的启示。我们也期望能由此引起一场关于“现代理财观念和技巧”的讨论,以全面提高卫生财会工作的水平。

The mission of the financial staff is how to better “finance”, but how this task is implemented is always a difficult problem. This article has given us a relatively new perspective. Our accountants are eyeing the daily writing calculations, making them a tool for “recording” economic business, or relaxing their horizons, planning carefully, making predictions in advance, and acting as “solicitors” and “think tanks” to make the most of their work. The skills of modern managers, the article gives us a lot of inspiration. We also hope that this will lead to a discussion on “modern financial ideas and techniques” to raise the level of health finance and accounting work.
