我国煤矿企业分布众多,煤矿事故也频繁发生。在这些事故发生的背后,基于不安全心理的人为因素是其主要原因。人的不安全心理必然会导致不安全行为的出现,很容易直接酿成煤矿事故。为此,必须对煤矿企业进行安全文化建设,减少不安全心理因素的影响,控制煤矿事故发生的概率,保障整个企业的安全。本文主要对煤矿企业安全文化建设的重要性、常见的不安全心理因素域主要问题,以及建设安全文化的有效对策等方面进行了以下的探讨。
China’s coal mines are widely distributed and coal mine accidents also occur frequently. Behind these accidents, human factors based on unsafe psychology are the main reasons. Human unsafe mentality will inevitably lead to the emergence of unsafe behavior, it is easy to directly lead to coal mine accidents. To this end, coal mine safety culture must be built to reduce the impact of unsafe psychological factors, control the probability of coal mine accidents and protect the safety of the entire enterprise. This paper mainly discusses the importance of coal mine safety culture construction, the main problems of common unsafe psychological factors, and the effective countermeasures to build safety culture.
