铁碳合金相图是学习钢铁材料的重要工具,为实际工作中分析不同工艺下钢铁材料的组织特点及预测性能提供有力依据。铁碳合金相图的学习也是《材料科学基础》课程中的重要内容,但其相图复杂,概念繁多,短时间内学生很难掌握,经过几年的教学,笔者根据自己的亲身体验,对铁碳合金相图部分的学习总结了一些规律,教学效果有很大提升。
Iron-carbon alloy phase diagram is an important tool for studying steel materials, which provides a strong basis for analyzing the microstructure and prediction properties of steel materials in different work processes in practical work. The study of phase diagram of iron-carbon alloy is also an important part in the course of “basic material science”, but its phase diagram is complex and its concept is numerous. It is difficult for students to master it in a short time. After several years of teaching, the author, based on his own personal experience, Iron-carbon alloy phase diagram part of the learning summed up some rules, teaching effectiveness has greatly improved.
