“全国科技攻关成果招商洽谈会”,是由国家科委综合计划司、科技成果司和中国科技信息杂志社举办的一次科技推广的盛会。为使本次大会众多优秀项目及时扩散到各地区、各企业中去。组委会特决定在各省、地、市、县的科技、经济管理部门、科技推广机构、信息单位建立代办点。凡符合以下条件者均可申请建立代办点。
