埃克斯摩(ЭКСМО)是一家集图书出版、印刷和图书批发零售为一体的大型控股公司。自1991年成立以来,经过十多年的市场拼搏,已经发展为俄罗斯书业界第一大企业。埃克斯摩以通俗文学读物为龙头推出了一系列著名侦探小说,在国内外赢得了可观的经济效益从而名声大振。该社旗下的达里娅·东佐娃是俄最红的畅销书作家,从2001年到2003年连续三年蝉联“年度作家”称号,其图书销量达到4200万册。面临日益激烈的市场竞争,埃克斯摩出版社总经理奥列格·诺维科夫(Олег Новиков)最近在媒体的访谈中说:“是竞争者不让我们吃老本。”
Exmoor (ЭКСМО) is a collection of books publishing, printing and wholesale and retail of books as one of the major holding companies. Since its establishment in 1991, after more than a decade of hard work in the market, it has developed into the largest company in the Russian book industry. Exxmo brought a series of famous detective novels with popular literary readings as the leading source and won a great reputation at home and abroad, winning considerable economic benefits. The agency’s flagship Daria East Zoeva is Russia’s red-hot best-selling author, from 2001 to 2003 for three consecutive years won the title of “author of the year”, the book sales reached 42 million. Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, Ogilvy Press Manager Олег Новиков recently said in an interview with the media: “It is competitors who will not let us eat away from capital.”
