应用型本科大学财务管理专业培养目标设置的不同,导致其专业核心能力培养也具有差异化,相应的知识结构、课程体系等也必须进行改革。本文通过调研分析,提出了安康学院财务管理专业人才核心能力培养的建设思路,以期为财务管理专业应用型人才核心能力培养提供参考。
The differences of the setting of the major of financial management major in applied undergraduate colleges lead to the differences in the cultivation of their professional core competence. The corresponding knowledge structure and curriculum system must also be reformed. Based on the research and analysis, this paper puts forward the train of thought for the training of core competence of financial management professionals in Ankang College in order to provide a reference for the training of core competence of applied talents in finance management specialty.
