日本学者最近对精神紧张者的自觉症状收集整理成自我检查表,共分30项。如果有五项以下和该表自觉症状一致的话基本健康。有6到10项和该表一致的话,请你注意,你可能有轻度紧张症,要进行必要的休养。有11到20项和表一致的话,说明你已陷入真正的紧张状态,应该到医院去接受诊治。有21项以上症状者,表明你在日常生活中已遇到障碍,得立即进行治疗。
