球后视神经炎并非少见,但因服用乙胺丁醇(Ethambutol)后引起者文献少见报道,为引起重视,现将我们所遇的2例作报道:例1:女,19岁,学生。因一年前患“肺结核”,在当地肌注链霉素7个月,并口服常量的异烟肼、乙胺丁醇、利福平至今。约2个多月前,发现双眼视物不清,逐渐加重,尤以左眼为重,曾在当地就医,诊断为“身体虚弱”,嘱加强营养即可。近日来左眼几乎失明,遂到本院就医,拟为“双眼中毒性视神经炎”后入我院治疗。
Posterior optic neuritis is not uncommon, but due to the rare literature reported by those taking Ethambutol, we now report two cases we encountered: Example 1: Female, 19 years old, student. Because of a year ago suffering from “tuberculosis”, streptomycin in the local 7 months, and oral constant of isoniazid, ethambutol, rifampicin so far. About 2 months ago, it was found that both eyes blurred, gradually increased, especially the left eye as a priority, had to seek medical treatment in the local area, diagnosed as “frail” and asked to strengthen nutrition. In recent days, the left eye almost blind, then to our hospital for treatment, to be “binocular toxic optic neuritis” into our hospital.
