有的企业在划小核算单位后,将原先由厂部财会机构办理的业务,分散到各个小单位去办,自设金库,自在银行开户,自行处理报帐、收付款业务。由于这些小单位的财会人员业务水平较低,产生不少问题,例如:报销单据不合法,开支不合规定,收入不上帐,坐支现金,私发奖品等。因此,我认为钱匣子还是集中在厂财会科为好,一切货币资金的收付业
