角色定位决定如何“说”公司聚会,你该怎样发言,我想重要的是搞清以下问题:第一,发言者自己的角色。明白自己在公司里的位置,是把握发言语调及规范发言内容的前提。普通职员:说话不亢不卑;小头目:绝不能以为自己大小算是个官而自以为是,说话走了样;部门经理:语调幽默风趣为好,可以上通下接,赢得民心,又不从情绪上开罪领导。第二,聚会性质。联欢?恳谈会?还是专题研究?首先,要知道会议主旨。关键在于捕捉上司的开场白,领会上司的具体意图。其次,聚会的意义也不单一,有表面与实质的问题,很考验人。就像我们去应聘,有些意外发生的事正是考官的题目,你的一举一动都在主考官的眼里。说不定举手投足间就注定你的来去。
