老年人与青年人染色体脆性位点的比较

作者研究了４５例老年人和２９例青年人外周血淋巴细胞在ＦＵＤＲ和咖啡因诱导下，外周血淋巴细胞染色体的畸变及脆性位点的表达。结果：①老年组染色体畸变率为２４７５％，青年组为４２２％，两者差异显著（Ｐ＜００１）；②老年组脆性位点表达率为４５９３％，青年组为２３０２％，明显低于老年组（Ｐ＜００１）；③染色体断裂点与脆性位点符合率老年组为７９９８％，青年组为９２％，说明脆性位点与染色体畸变密切相关

The authors studied the aberrations and fragile loci in peripheral blood lymphocytes of peripheral blood lymphocytes from 45 elderly and 29 young people induced by FUDR and caffeine. Results: ① The chromosome aberration rate was 2475% in the elderly group and 422% in the youth group, the difference was significant (P <001). ② The expression of the fragile locus in the elderly group was 4593% (2302%), which was significantly lower than that in the elderly group (P00101). The coincidence rate of the chromosome breakage point and the brittleness locus was 7998% in the elderly group and 92% in the young group, indicating that the location of the brittle locus and chromosome aberration closely related
