★柚子。它能够很好地抵御脂肪的堆积。在玻利维亚首都拉巴斯最近进行的一项研究显示:每餐之前吃半个柚子可以起到减轻体重的效果。研究者让一群人分别服用柚子提取物的胶囊、柚子汁和新鲜柚子,这三种食物都能起到减肥的效果,但服用新鲜柚子的人群的减肥效果最明显。柚子中含有番茄红素,能够降低甘油三酸酯的含量,半个柚子的热量只有39卡。
★ grapefruit. It resists fat accumulation well. A recent study in La Paz, the capital of Bolivia, showed that eating half a pomelo before each meal can have a weight-loss effect. The researchers asked a group of people to take capsules of grapefruit extract, grapefruit juice and fresh grapefruit respectively. All three of these foods can have the effect of reducing weight, but the effect of weight loss is most obvious among those taking fresh grapefruit. Grapefruit contains lycopene, triglyceride can reduce the content of half a grapefruit heat only 39 cards.
