研究了灰铸铁基WC/高铬铸铁表面复合层的组织和耐磨性。结果表明,利用铸渗工艺可以在灰铸铁表面获得WC颗粒与亚、过共晶高铬铸铁的复合层;当铸渗剂中WC质量分数为20%时,复合层的耐磨粒磨损性能最佳,甚至超过了由Fe2B单相组成的渗硼层。
The microstructure and wear resistance of gray cast iron-based WC / high chrome cast iron surface composite layer were studied. The results show that the composite layer of WC particles and sub-hypereutectic high chromium cast iron can be obtained on the surface of gray cast iron by infiltration and infiltration process. When WC content is 20%, the wear resistance of composite layer is the most Good, even beyond the boron-doped layer composed of Fe2B single-phase.
