近年来研究表明,氧自由基在生物界和医学界方面的作用已日益受到人们的重视.而其抑制剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是一种金属离子的酶蛋白,是体内自由基的清除剂.有关糖尿病患者的血清SOD水平,文献报道不一.本文用放免法对糖尿病患者分组进行了SOD测定,现将检测结果报告如下.对象和方法一、对象:(一)对照组:选自本院部分健康体检者.共30列(男13例,女17例),年龄21~45岁.(二)糖尿病组:43例(男15例,女28例),均为我院内分泌门诊与住院病人,均符合1985年WHO糖尿病诊断标准.年龄17~68岁,平均51.25岁,本组又分为两组:Ⅰ组24例,有大血管并发症或/和微血管并发症;Ⅱ组19例,无糖尿病血管并发症.

Aged 17 to 68 years old, average 51.25 years old, the group is divided into two groups: Ⅰ group of 24 patients with major vascular complications or / and microvascular complications; Ⅱ Group of 19 patients without vascular complications of diabetes.
