结合漯河市当地实际情况,分析漯河市水资源面临的诸多问题:面对水资源总量严重不足、现有供水能力低、地下水超采严重、水质污染现状,实施切实可行的水资源可持续发展对策:健全和完善水资源保护法规体系和执法体系,把保护沙颍河水环境和节约改善纳入法制化轨道,建议各政府把沙颍河水资源保护、水污染防治工作作为“十一五”期间重点项目,有计划的修建蓄水、引水和补水工程,增强节水意识,发展节水农业和节水工业,建立节水型社会体系,建立水资源保护制度,加强水功能区管理。
