Israel’s Rafael company has developed a new type of target called silverfinch, which is part of the Israeli Arrow-3 anti-missile interceptor project. The Rafael’s third-generation target missile continues the early Black-and-Blue target design that will be used to test the Arrow-3 interceptor developed by Israel’s IAI and will be for the first time in 2012 Flight test.
