目的比较分析口岸从业人员甲型和戊型肝炎病毒IgM抗体水平,了解广州白云机场口岸从业人员HAV、HEV感染状况。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对2010年3月—2013年12月共35 995份口岸从业人员体检血清样本进行抗HAV-IgM和抗HEV-IgM检测,并采用χ2检验和直线回归分析等方法对阳性结果进行统计分析。结果 HAV-IgM阳性率为0.328%(118/35 995),HEV-IgM阳性率为0.253%(91/35 995);HAV-IgM阳性率有季节性差异(χ2=21.86,P<0.001),夏、秋季高,春季最低;HEV-IgM阳性率无季节性差异(χ2=3.67,P=0.299);直线回归分析认为HAV-IgM阳性率随着年龄的增加而增加(t=4.360,P=0.049);而HEV-IgM阳性率与年龄未呈明显的线性趋势(t=2.034,P=0.179);HAV-IgM阳性率(χ2=0.023,P=0.880)、HEV-IgM阳性率(χ2=1.641,P=0.200)在性别方面均无统计学差异;结论广州白云机场口岸从业人员HAV、HEV感染率较高,有明显的季节性,且HAV-IgM阳性率随年龄的增加而增加;HEV-IgM阳性率与季节、年龄、性别无关,四季皆可发病,人群普遍易感。
Objective To comparatively analyze the level of IgM antibodies against hepatitis A and E in port workers and to understand the prevalence of HAV and HEV among workers in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Methods Serum samples from 35 995 port health practitioners from March 2010 to December 2013 were tested for anti-HAV-IgM and anti-HEV-IgM by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), using χ2 test and linear regression analysis Methods The positive results were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of HAV-IgM was 0.328% (118/35 995) and the positive rate of HEV-IgM was 0.253% (91/35 995). There was a seasonal difference in the positive rate of HAV-IgM (χ2 = 21.86, P <0.001) The positive rate of HAV-IgM increased with the increase of age (t = 4.360, P = 0.299). The linear regression analysis showed that the positive rate of HEV-IgM was no significant difference 0.049). The positive rate of HEV-IgM was not significantly linear with age (t = 2.034, P = 0.179) 1.641, P = 0.200). There was no significant difference in gender. CONCLUSIONS: The incidence of HAV and HEV among Guangzhou Baiyun Airport employees was significantly higher than that of the controls. The positive rate of HAV-IgM increased with the increase of age. HEV -IgM positive rate and the season, age, sex has nothing to do, all seasons can be disease, the crowd is generally susceptible.
