目的:探讨松针石油醚提取物抗肿瘤作用机制。方法:建立荷S 180实体瘤小鼠模型,考察松针石油醚提取物体内抗肿瘤作用。应用免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织中凋亡相关蛋白Bax,Bcl-2的表达。结果:松针石油醚提取物0.5,1.0,2.0 g.(kg.d)-1 3个剂量组对S 180实体瘤的抑瘤率分别为31.16%,41.71%,42.16%。各用药组肿瘤组织Bax表达显著增强,Bcl-2表达显著降低。结论:松针石油醚提取物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,诱导凋亡是其机制之一。
Objective: To explore the antitumor mechanism of pine needles petroleum ether extract. Methods: A mouse model of S 180 solid tumor was established to study the antitumor effect of petroleum ether extract from pine needles in vivo. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in tumor tissues. Results: The antitumor rates of petroleum ether extract of Spartina pine needles at doses of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 g. (Kg · d) -1 were 31.16%, 41.71% and 42.16%, respectively. The expression of Bax in tumor tissue of each drug group was significantly increased, and the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Pine needle petroleum ether extract has some anti-tumor activity, inducing apoptosis is one of the mechanisms.
